Stephen Reedy
Founding Board Member and President
RHS Class of 1979. Penn State University BS in Business Administration, Finance major. He has 21-year Wall Street banking career. Steve has served the community through leadership positions in various non-profit organizations.
Master of Divinity from Alliance Theological Seminary in 2013. An ordained minister, Steve is active in local and international ministry efforts. Steve and his wife Adrienne, live in Wilton, CT and have three grown sons. Steve attributes his mentoring success to being both a mentee and mentor to others.
David Reedy
Founding Board Member
RHS Class of 1980 and Kutztown University in 1985 with a BS in Telecommunications. Dave spent 5 years raising money for non-profits in Reading. Dave also spent 25 years in banking as a Customer Service Operations Manager for online banking and outsourcing and 10 years working for PayPal, living in the Philippines for 4.5 years. Dave is currently retired, keeping busy reading, consulting and mentoring. Dave is married to Marie and lives in Rehoboth Beach, DE Driven by developing future leaders.
James T. Reedy Jr.
Founding Board Member
RHS Class of 1976 and Penn State University with a BA in Finance. Jim was in medical sales with Medtronic in 1991 as a Clinical Specialist supporting the implant physicians of pacemakers then as a Sales Rep in Nashville from 1994 and just retired in 2020. Jim is a 3-time President’s Club winner and still loves coaching, teaching and mentoring his Medtronic colleagues. Jim is Married 40+ years to his wife Kelly, living in Nashville, TN

Christopher Urso
Board Member, Vice President
RHS Class of 1979. Chris has been in the Financial Services industry for over 40+ years. Chris has his Certified Financial Fiduciary® designation running his Urso Financial Management & Consulting, LLC practice. Chris held a position at Atria Wealth Solutions until 2025 as VP of Advanced Planning. Chris loves to mentor financial advisors on how to use technology into their workflow. He and his wife Colette, also RHS class of 1979, live in Manchester, NJ.
Holly Smith
Board Member
RHS Class of 1971. Millersville University BS in Elementary Ed, MS in Education and Supervisor Early Childhood. Holly had 33 years of teaching Pre-K and Kindergarten in the Reading School District before retiring. She was also a mentor to new teachers coming into the profession. Holly then became a professor of Early Childhood Ed. at Alvernia College and was mentoring Student Teachers as their Supervisor for over 10 years. Holly lives in Muhlenberg, PA and loves to read and travel.

Linda Reedy
RHS Class of 1971. Linda Reedy is the Liaison to RHS Scholarship Committee. She retired from Kutztown University Career Development Center as Office Manager after forty years experience. Managed the James T. Reedy Sr. Annual Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament, (2003-2017). Linda considers herself blessed to have been married to Terry for twenty years. She is so pleased that his life and legacy continues to make an impact in the lives of RHS students through scholarship and mentoring.

Jacob Kaucher
RHS Class of 2005. Northwestern University BS in Journalism/History. Currently working as a video producer/editor at the Rochester Institute of Technology where he shares stories highlighting the creativity and innovation of the students, faculty, and alumni. Previously, Jacob worked as a television sports reporter and anchor, covering Penn State athletics, the Pittsburgh Steelers, minor league baseball and high school sports. Jacob lives in Rochester, NY with his wife Ashley. He is a previous recipient of the James T. Reedy,Sr. Scholarship.
Charlene Fletcher
Board Member
RHS Class of 1984, Valedictorian. Lehigh University 1988, BS in Electrical Engineering, Minor in Religion Studies. Over 20 years of IT experience in the areas of Finance, Biotech and Insurance, Charlene architects, develops and deploys distributed systems using Microsoft technologies and is grateful for the many opportunities she has had to tutor developers. Charlene and her husband Robert live in Florham Park, NJ. Now an advocate for women and minorities in STEM vocations, she was blessed to have a supportive mentor experience early in her career. Charlene is the chairperson of our mentoring program.
Dante Urso
Advisory Board Member
Dante has BS in IT & Computer Science from NJ Institute of Technology 2017. Dante is a Senior Backend Software Development Engineer in the pharmaceutical industry. He also tutored other NJIT students while in college and had a Division I Track scholarship at NJIT. He has been a longtime volunteer and is developing our new website. Dante lives in Jersey City, NJ with his cat, Dewey, and loves working on metal and wood.

Imani Logan
RHS Class of 2017. West Chester University with a BS in Biology with a concentration in Microbiology. She currently works as a laboratory technician for a pharmaceutical company. Imani currently lives in Reading, PA. She is a previous recipient of the James T. Reedy, Sr. Scholarship.
Calvin Reedy
Mentor
Calvin earned his B.A. in Art & Visual Culture from Bates College in 2017, and has held various positions in New York's art world since then. With a passion for supporting artists, he currently works as a Project Manager at Schwartzman&, an art advisory firm, where he manages and oversees the firm's artist advisory projects and works with emerging collectors. Calvin currently lives in Brooklyn, New York, loves to travel, and enjoys cooking, walking, reading, and museum visits in his spare time.
Phuong Nguyen
Mentor
RHS Class of 2011. Bucknell University with a BA in Linguistics and MEd from Western Governors University. She currently works in audit services for a healthcare analytics company. Previously, Phuong worked as a Community Director at Bucknell University where she mentored many residential advisers. Phuong currently lives in the Hershey, PA area with her fiancé, David, and dog, Buddy. She is a previous recipient of the James T. Reedy, Sr. Scholarship.

Rodger Krause
RHS Class of 76, Shippensburg University with a BSBA in accounting and St. Joseph’s University with an MBA in Finance. Rodger worked four years with Western Electric, four years with Ernst and Young in audit and set off on his own CPA, audit, consulting practice in 1987. His office is located in Wyomissing, PA. Rodger recently completed his 39th tax season. For a hobby Rodger enjoys competing in Ironman and other swim, bike run events worldwide. He has qualified and completed the Ironman World Championship in Kona three times. Rodger spends much of his time between Berks County and St. Augustine, Florida.
Pauline Jurasinski
Board Member
Pauline is a 1984 graduate of Reading High School with a B.S in Chemical Engineering from Penn. State University. She is a certified Project Management Professional and completed her M.B.A.. Pauline is a retired Global Program & Project Manager. She was most recently Associate Director of Program Management in Global Supply Chain for Sanofi from where she retired after over 32 years of service. She is passionate about improving patients’ quality of life and addressing unmet medical needs. She has mentored many young engineering, science and project management professionals supporting diversity and inclusion in STEM. Pauline is a dedicated girls’ volleyball coach for her town high school and for elite volleyball clubs for over 25 years. She enjoys mountain biking, yoga and pickleball and lives with her husband Ray Labbe as new “empty nesters” in Ashland Massachusetts.
